Business
Choose Joy LLC is an independent reseller of sealed trading card products and collectibles. Products are physical goods.
We are not affiliated with any card manufacturer.
Ordering & payment
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
- Prices and availability may change based on market conditions and inventory.
Fulfillment & delivery
- Orders are fulfilled via carrier shipment with tracking or local delivery when applicable.
- Delivery method and details are documented on the invoice or receipt.
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.
Cancellation policy
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
- Once an order has shipped or been delivered, it cannot be canceled (please see Returns below).
Returns & refunds
- Sealed product: returns accepted only if unopened and in original condition within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the invoice).
- Damaged/incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Refunds: processed to the original payment method after return inspection (typically 3–5 business days).

Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
We maintain documentation of delivery and order communications for dispute resolution.
Legal / export restrictions
Buyers are responsible for complying with any local laws, taxes, and import regulations that may apply to their purchase.
